A Doula for a gentle and natural approach to motherhood.
The term « DOULA »comes from ancient Greek meaning “servant” or “woman who serves.” Today, it refers to a birth companion, usually a woman who has experienced childbirth herself.
During the preparation for my daughter’s birth in 2023, I discovered the essential role of a doula and realized how valuable her support can be for pregnant women and new mothers. The empathetic presence of a doula can contribute in many ways: reducing stress, boosting confidence, managing fears, and more.
