A Doula for a gentle and natural approach to motherhood.
The term « DOULA »comes from ancient Greek meaning “servant” or “woman who serves.” Today, it refers to a birth companion, usually a woman who has experienced childbirth herself.
During the preparation for my daughter’s birth in 2023, I discovered the essential role of a doula and realized how valuable her support can be for pregnant women and new mothers. The empathetic presence of a doula can contribute in many ways: reducing stress, boosting confidence, managing fears, and more.
Services I Offer as a Doula
- Prenatal Doula: Support during pregnancy, tailored to your needs. This may include massages, meditations, prenatal bonding, or simply listening to your concerns and addressing any questions or worries you may have.
- Birth Doula: I will also support you during the birth of your baby—whether at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital. I am continuously there for you, no matter how long your labor lasts. My role is to ensure your well-being and to support your partner.
- Postnatal Doula: Support after birth, especially during the first weeks with your newborn, to help ease the transition into life with your baby. This care is completely tailored to your needs and may include massages, meditations, a debrief of your birth experience, and more.
Don't hesitate to contact me to discuss how I can provide personalized support for you.
