For me, carrying is a beautiful, important, and almost magical experience. I discovered the benefits of carrying with my two children, which deeply excited me.

Shortly after my son was born, I began carrying him in an elastic wrap, which often helped him calm down. As he grew older, I transitioned to a "Wrap Conversion" carrier, which I used until his first birthday.

With my daughter, I started carrying her from birth. At first, I used a woven wrap and, even though I thought I had mastered its use, I decided to attend a session on physiological carrying to deepen my knowledge. This session revealed to me that there was still much to learn about carrying with a wrap. This discovery further fueled my curiosity, leading me to train in physiological carrying techniques for children.

I began my training with "Trageschule Hamburg" in March 2024 and obtained my certification in August 2024. Today, I am eager to help parents find the technique that perfectly suits their needs and those of their baby.

With the ideal wrap or carrier, physiological carrying becomes exactly what it should be: simple, comfortable, and secure.

Why Carry?

Babies love to be carried because it meets their instinctive needs. At birth, your baby comes with ancient instincts from prehistoric times and does not yet understand that your environment is safe and enclosed. Being placed away from you is perceived as a threat, which is why they calm down immediately when held.

From/Until When to Carry?

• From Birth: Even premature babies can be carried.

How Does a Consultation Work?

Where:

• At my consultation room.
• At your home.

Duration:

• About 1 to 2 hours.

Before the Consultation:

• I will send you a consultation form to complete.
• If you are looking for a specific carrier or wrap not yet in my stock, please let me know in advance (I will try to arrange it for you).

The Consultation Itself:

• A brief theoretical introduction.
• Demonstration of safe and kinesthetic handling of your baby.
• Selection of the ideal wrap or baby carrier.
• Instructions on how to adjust the baby carrier to fit you and your baby.
• We practice putting on the baby carrier or wrap.
• You can try with a doll if needed.
• You then try with your own baby.

After the Consultation:

• I will send you a reminder email with the essential information.
• I will provide you a video on the technique used.
• I remain available via WhatsApp or email for up to 3 weeks after the consultation for any questions.
• You can rent a wrap or baby carrier for the short term if needed.
• Enjoy discounts with certain manufacturers after the session.

The price?

• 75 EUR for the first hour (15 EUR for each additional quarter-hour).
• Travel expenses (0.30 EUR per kilometer) if you live more than 10 km from Garnich.
